ADAM JANES is a multidisciplinary artist and teacher based in Southern California. He is a graduate of Art Center College of Design. (1998) He has participated as both a teacher and support staff at the Pasadena Waldorf School and the El Rio Community School in Cypress Park. As an artist, Adam has exhibited his work at Galerie Vallois in Paris, Tim Van Laere Gallery in Antwerp, and The Center for Contemporary Art in Tel Aviv. In Los Angeles, Adam has shown projects with Roberts Projects, China Art Gallery, Thomas Solomon, CNP Gallery, and Blum and Poe. His work is the collections of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, and The Jumex Collection in Mexico City. His work has been published in New American Paintings, The Drawer Magazine, Paris/LA Magazine, and Simply Read Books. He currently has shown work with Oolong Gallery in San Diego and Not There Gallery in downtown Los Angeles. He continues to build his studio and art practice in Highland Park  in Northeast LA.
